Is it just me?

Whoever has rights to the international versions of Project Runway (UK’s Project Catwalk, Norway’s Designerspirene, Project Runway Canada, Project Runway Malaysia, Project Runway Philippines) should add some English subtitles and start airing them in the U.S.
