Saw your note re: Top Chef — some guy posted a link to his site where he also discussed the episode, but his site had some provocative photos of men in speedos. I figured my (5) readers did not need to see THAT!
Yeah, I was really disappointed in the episode too. Hopefully the next ones will be better!
I’m not sure what proper blog response etiquette is either, but I’m going to just respond here since it seems the best way for you to see it in the immediate future! :)
I sort of like Simon even if he was sort of obnoxious about the emulsion/vinaigrette business. I don’t know, I kind of enjoy the pompous ones a bit — they keep things interesting!
BTW… I was at Scoops on Saturday night and it made me think of you! Sadly, no exciting flavors were left. :(
