Comedie Est Mort

Don’t worry, I’m not always eating frozen yogurt and ice cream….
Last Thursday I got the chance to see an amazing comedy show, Comedie Est Mort (Comedy is Dead), in the Masonic Lodge at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery. For ten dollars we got to see six hilarious comics! Sarah Silverman, Neil Hamburger, Steve Agee, Natasha Leggero, Jen Kirkman, and Duncan Trussell. The host was Brody Stevens, whom my roommate and I recognized from the Chelsea Lately show. Brody is the guy that keeps the crowd energized and clapping for the cameras.
All the comedians were hilarious. I loved it. I have always been a fan of the Sarah Silverman show so it was wonderful to see Sarah Silverman and Steve Agee perform live. I also enjoyed the other comics too! The only thing that sucked was the hecklers that surrounded us. At one point I had to turn around and shush a woman that would not stop talking through the acts. Some people should not be allowed to leave their homes. Hopefully, this show will continue because I would love to go again. Here are some pictures!
